100M Optical & 10/100M Ethernet over 1/4/8/16E1 Protocol Converter

Overview

 

FBPC100 Series protocol converter is a high performance, remote, self-learning Ethernet Bridge. Its compact size and low cost make it ideal for cost-sensitive bridging applications or as a LAN extender over bit stream type infrastructures. The main E1 link may be clocked from the recovered receive clock or from an internal oscillator. This converter allows transmitting and receiving VLAN data packets. Standalone and Rack mount module are both available.

1E1 devices support transparent/ fractional E1 channel; others support transparent E1 channel

Provide 10/100M electrical Ethernet port, 100/1000M optical Ethernet port

1E1 devices support bandwidth couple, loop test and two clock resources, etc; others support loop test, CRC selection, etc.

4/8/16E1 devices auto-detect the valid E1 channels and auto-balance the data flow among the valid E1 channels

MDI/MDI-X auto-crossover, 10/100M auto-negotiation and speed limitation

AC220V and DC-48V power supply redundant

View and configure the E1 and Ethernet ports status, such as E1 framed and unframed mode setting, E1 loop back, Ethernet ports rate limitation, and etc.
